Full Text Reviews:

School Library Journal - 05/01/2019 Gr 5–7—Recent historical events are highlighted in this series that pairs attractive layouts with solid writing. Each title offers an accessible introduction while still including compelling details. Plenty of information is crammed into relatively short page counts, making these good choices for upper elementary and middle school students. Photographs, sidebars, time lines, and further reading sections are all important parts of the package, culminating in a well-rounded selection for report-writers and browsers alike. The Hubble Telescope Launch and The Human Genome Project are two exceptional titles that detail topics not usually covered in other series. VERDICT A strong choice that covers recent history, this series is an excellent addition to most collections. - Copyright 2019 Publishers Weekly, Library Journal and/or School Library Journal used with permission.
