Is your library book lost or damaged?
If a library book is lost or damaged, it is Prosper ISD policy to request payment for the item.
Enter the dollar amount of the lost/damaged book. This can be requested from the librarian (ddmosby@prosper-isd.net)
Please send ddmosby@prosper-isd.net an email (with your child's name) stating that you have paid for the replacement book.
Thank you for helping us to replace lost or damaged library books. We love to continue building our collection of amazing, high quality books for our readers!
Unfortunately, we will be unable to give refunds if the book is later found, so be sure to have completed a thorough search first!
