Booklist - 01/01/2026 This second entry in the delightful Muk ’n’ Honey series brings back the wildly inventive duo of Honey Bunny and Muk Muk Moose for another hilarious adventure. The two forest friends are eager to show off their wildest creations at the Invention Convention. They have the Nut-o-Bots, the Sweet ’n' Sour Smooth-E Chomp-R, and the Fort-A-Potty. Can things get any wackier? Of course they can! When a freak storm deters the duo, Honey decides she will invent a weather-control machine. Muk Muk isn't sure that's the best idea, but the pair prove that together they can do anything. Packed with colorful illustrations, this lighthearted story balances humor, friendship, and problem-solving in a way that will appeal to young readers, and the short, quick chapters, playful vocabulary, and laugh-out-loud antics make it easy for them to gain confidence while having fun. Perfect for those transitioning from picture books to chapter books, this is equal parts funny, imaginative, and heartwarming. - Copyright 2026 Booklist.
