Although Kensuke is obsessed with cats, his family’s allergies prevent him from actually having one at home, leaving him with no other way to admire felines but by following around strays outside. When a cat who is especially important to him is in danger, he meets Nekoya Jin, a self-proclaimed cat whisperer who seems to know how to communicate with cats and has developed a cat-centric martial art. Kensuke sets out to learn all he can about connecting with and protecting cats! Ideal for the true cat connoisseur, this manga is defined by Nadatani’s impeccably drawn cat illustrations. The frenetic energy of the story is truly enhanced by just how much attention to detail Nadatani includes in his illustrations; his cat expressions especially make this stand out among other cat manga.
