He has a Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. Raschka has worked with children with disabilities, as an art teacher, and as a political cartoonist. The author and illustrator is married and has one son. His hobbies include painting and playing musical instruments. He plays the viola and has been a member of the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra. Best known for his children's poetry and picture books, Raschka received a Caldecott Honor in 1994 for "Yo! Yes?" "Hello, Goodbye Window" won the Caldecott Award in 2005. Updating Results ...
